Your workload will depend on what project(s) you are working on, but with a wide variety of different clients, there’s never a dull moment at Forth Point. However, we always make sure to set client expectations at the beginning of a project to ensure that there aren’t any surprises or unreasonable asks in terms of our workload.
We believe that the best way to learn is by doing, so we constantly expose the team to new experiences, situations, sectors, technologies and clients. We back up this up on the job training by providing the tools and support necessary to upskill across our various partner technology stacks like Microsoft Azure, Databricks, etc, as well as other less technical skills that are required to deliver data-led change. Not only does this make you a better asset to our team, but a more competitive hire later on in your career.
We are technology agnostic so we can deliver every project on the client’s desired stack or what we believe will be the best option for them. This means you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of different technologies and stacks, depending on the projects you’re allocated to. Some of our current partners include Microsoft Azure, Databricks, AWS and Snowflake.
