Our client was two years into a digital transformation journey, including developing an on-premise data warehouse. The journey had stalled, and the internal function had developed reputational issues due to a perceived lack of pace and non-delivery.  The client wanted to validate their direction of travel and make course corrections.


We worked closely with end users and stakeholders to map the appetite for doing more with data and how best to deliver the change required.  This led us to uncover not only a significant pent-up demand but also some clear urgent and valuable use cases.

We constructed roadmaps for the team to show how to align use case delivery with key developments in people, process, and technology so that value was aligned with costs.  And we designed new processes, structures and governance with a focus on building momentum, delivering tangible value and restoring reputation.


With new clarity on priorities, we have continued to support our client in fleshing out and delivering priority use cases while also adapting their operating model so that it’s fit for purpose.  We’ve stood up a cloud infrastructure and are now actively deploying use cases in a fit-for-purpose environment. The increased momentum has led to a reputational turnaround and a massive increase in demand, which we’re now helping to fulfil.
